Free "Welcome" practice decal is included with every decal purchase. This decal is included in order for you to become familiar with the installation process, prior to installing your purchased decals. It also allows you to test the surface you wish to apply your purchased decal to.
The free decals are created from excess materials we may have left over during creation of purchased decals. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a size or color that will be sent. However, we do try to match the color to one that you may have ordered. The sizes range from 8 - 16" wide. I'm sorry but for this practice decal, we cannot take special requests.
If you are already familiar with the process, and don't need/want a welcome decal, you are welcome to remove it from your shopping cart and/or gift it to someone who can use it.

Production Time
We are currently working on a 2-5 business day production time turn-around. We ship packages twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays). Orders are produced and shipped in the order they are received. Once an order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied when order is placed.
Shipping Time
1-7+ business days is the current postal wait-time for shipping in the USA, 6-12+ business days for shipping within Canada* and 2-4+ weeks for international orders*.
