3. Approve Your Mockup: Our design team creates a digital proof for your approval. We never print until you say it’s perfect!

📏 Size Guide & Proportional Scaling

We scale your artwork proportionally to its natural shape so it never looks stretched or distorted. The size category you select represents the maximum dimension of your logo's longest side (width or height). Your graphic will fit cleanly within that boundary box but will never exceed it.

📋 Specifications & Procurement

-- Material: Single color logos will be precision cut to shape from our standard matte finish vinyl. While muiltiple color or intricate logos will be printed on professional-grade, heavy-duty 3M white vinyl, using vibrant inks, laminated, and precision contour-cut to your logo's outside border shape.

-- Surface Versatility: Adheres cleanly to drywall, glass, wood doors, whiteboards, metal, and smooth painted cinder block.

-- Easy Procurement: We specialize in school district ordering. We accept school POs, provide W9s, and supply itemized shopping cart receipts for quick administrative approval.

📁 Artwork & Color Guidelines

Vector Artwork Requirements: To ensure razor-sharp printing, please submit vector files (Minimum standard: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF). High-resolution .JPG or .PNG files must be a minimum of 300 DPI. Pixelated or low-quality images requiring manual reconstruction by our design team may incur a $20 art conversion fee. We will contact you if this is required. 

Color Matching Policy: We print directly from your files using advanced commercial color technology to match your submitted colors as closely as possible. Because digital screens vary, exact color matching is not guaranteed. If your district requires strict brand guidelines, please provide HEX or Pantone color numbers [prior to ordering] for a custom color-calibration quote.
