PRICING INFO - Our custom decals are priced based on the overall size of the decal (width x height). In order for our website to do these calculations to result at the best price, we caclulate the square inches into "units". You may see these UNITS displayed as a quantity at checkout. Don't be alarmed at the numbers here, this is just the way we have come up with to calculate the best pricing structure. The quantity that displays in the checkout is for "square inch units" but only ONE decal. In fact, if you would like to order more than one quantity of a particular design, you will need to add each item separately. Of course, if you have any trouble at all, please reach out to us for assistance, we are always happy to help! Design Center Limitations Our online design center was created to be simple to use but also give you the flexibility of designing your own wall decal lettering, quotes, song lyrics, mission statements, etc. at your convenience. In order to keep it easy to navigate and use, there are some limitations to the designer that it won't allow for, such as... Multiple Color Decals : The custom decal designer will only allow you to create a single color decal. If you would like multiple colors within your design, you will need to contact us with your request details and our design team can assist. If you are only looking to highlight one or two words with the different color, we recommend ordering the entire decal in one color, then ordering the additional words you would like displayed in a different color separately. Multiple Font Decals : Same as for multiple colors, if you would like to incorporate multiple fonts into a single decal design, please contact us with your design idea and details so our designer can create something to fit your vision. Q: Decal Sizing

How we measure... Line Height : When you enter your own text into the designer, we measure from the top of the tallest letter on the line, to the lowest letter on the line. For example, the word "Simple" would measure from the top of the S to the bottom of the lowercase p. We do it this way to ensure you have enough space for your decal to be placed. Line Width : The line width measurement shown on page is the measurement of the longest line within your design. So if you have three lines of text, the longest line will be displayed. This is to make sure you have enough space horizontally for the decal. Multiple Lines Height : When you are ordering multiple lines, each subsequent line will match in size, so no single line is larger than your line height selection. The overall height estimator will give you an overall height range (min - max), so you can make sure you have enough space for the entire decal. This measurement will vary by font and line height so if you need an exact measurement of the overall height of your design, please contact us before placing order so we can provide this data.

Q: Decal Installation & Removal

Installation: Every decal order will arrive with easy-to-follow application instructions, a professional application tool and a free practice decal to become familiar with installation process. Removal: Our decals are 100% removable, when you're ready. Simply use tweezers or a sharp fingernail to peel the corner of each letter & slowly peel away from wall or surface area. Because our decals are made with a water-based adhesive, they will peel away without leaving a sticky resisdue. APPLY WITH CONFIDENCE: Despite Oracal vinyl being the easiest to apply on the market, mistakes do happen. We want to let you know that if there is a mistake of any kind, we will replace your decal, a specific letter or word that may have not transferred perfectly, etc. Please see the return information page in order to follow the guidelines to get a replacement decal, word or letter*. *Shipping charges may apply.

Our decals are die-cut from your selection of over 60 beautiful matte finish colors. We also offer 3 satin metallic colors in Copper, Silver and Gold.

Our matte and satin finish decal materials are not shiny or plastic looking, like other brands. They are made exclusively for interior decor to reduce glare and appear as if the decal / lettering is actually painted onto your surface.

If you don't see a color you are looking for, we do offer premium options, please contact us for a custom quote using a premium color or our color-matching service.

DECAL COLOR SAMPLES: If you are unsure of color, you can order up to five color samples for just $1 here. We include a coupon to recoup your sample cost should you decide to place an order once you select a decal color that matches your decor perfectly.

Brand Specs: Our decal color palate is based on the Oracal 631 Exhibition Series Vinyl by Orafol. We have used this brand exclusively for over 20 years and feel they are the gold standard in quality and color options. They periodically add or remove vinyl colors based on popularity so these options may change without notice.

Multiple Color Decals: The custom decal designer will only allow you to create a single color decal. If you would like multiple colors within your design, you will need to contact us with your request details and our design team can assist. If you are only looking to highlight one or two words with the different color, we recommend ordering the entire decal in one color, then ordering the additional words you would like displayed in a different color separately. Then when you install your decal, you will have the ability to replace the words with the preferred color.

We have attempted to add a nice assortment of all types of fonts that would be appropriate for a wall decal in your home, school, business or church. However if you are looking for a font not shown, please let us know so we can make it available, if possible.

We can add any Google font you like, which can be found here.

Important note about fonts: When selecting a font, remember that the thicker, bolder fonts will have more surface area to adhere. And therefore, will stick better to textured surfaces.

If your wall has a textured surface that you are concerned about our decals adhering to, please order a sample to test your surface first. We do include a working practice decal with every order that can also be used to test surface, prior to installing your purchased decal.
